Krystal Weir back to full time competition post Anterior Labral Tear repair

Krystal Weir is a two time Olympic Sailor in the Laser (2008 & 2012) and World Champion. During her campaign she suffered right chronic hip pain that slowly progressed due to increased loading and poor stability. Trish Wisbey-Roth formulated a plan for Krystal to follow in 2013 to get her back in the boat. In 2012; the Australian Sailing Team Physiotherapist Donna White and her team of Lucy Tighe and Fiona Miller helped to maintain Krystal’s body throughout her campaign to London 2012. Once she finished her sailing Physiotherapist Wendy Braybon suggested that Krystal speak with Trish Wisby-Roth and begin her rehab to extend Krystal’s carrier in Sailing and general quality of life.
