Krystal is a two time Olympian 2008 & 2012. World Champion in 2004 in the Laser Radial Olympic Class & seven time National Champion.
Krystal lives and breaths the moto of “No Limits in Sport & Life”. Her biggest influence in her sporting career is Lex Bertrand brother of Americas Cup winner John Bertrand. He has given Krystal the foundations to push herself beyond her limits.
During Krystal’s sailing journey she also managed to complete her masters of physiotherapy degree at Sydney University & Sports Science degree at ACU. Krystal worked in many multiple disciplinary clinics before starting her own business in 2017. K2 Health is a Physiotherapy clinic within the grounds of Royal Brighton Yacht Club that specialises in water sports, adolescents, post surgical rehabilitation & sports. Krystal is the head Physiotherapist for Bayside Hockey Club and works with a range of sailors in their pursuit for Olympic and World Titles glory.
