Krystal Physiotherapist

Krystal completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University. Having worked in the heart of Kings Cross at St.Vincent Hospital and previously at Alfred Health in Melbourne. Krystal has also completed a number of courses including Lyn Watson Shoulder, Mulligans Upper Limb, Trish Wiseby Roth 3D hip, Level 1 Sports & Spinal APA, Dry Needling APA and completed APPI Level 1-4 Pilates.

Clinical Interests:
Her passion and enthusiasm for sport in general has led her into the world of private practice. Krystal enjoys working with people & focusing on their specific needs and aspirations, be it on the sporting field or in day-to-day life. Krystal enjoys working with Adolescents in sport including strength and conditioning work. Krystal is currently working in conjunction with the Victorian Institute of Sport as an ambassador & Yachting Victoria with the 4.7 girls development squad.

Krystal is the director of K2 Health Physiotherapy & Pilates situated at Royal Brighton Yacht Club. She runs pilates, strength & conditioning classes for all ages including adolescents. Krystal works closely with the Victorian Optimist Assoication to screen the young high performance program. Krystal is also a principle physiotherapist for the MCC Melbourne Cricket Club Hockey section (MCC).

Personal Interests:

Krystal is a dual Olympian in Sailing in 2008 & 2012 & won the Open Women’s Worlds in 2004. Krystal enjoys every sport on water be it kite surfing, wakeboarding, windsurfing & sailing. On land she loves running, cycling & field hockey. Krystal plays for MCC Hockey.
