Krystal started with MHealth in 2014 after completing her Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University & working in the heart of Kings Cross at St.Vincent Hospital. Krystal also spent time at Alfred Health in Melbourne before transferring to the MHealth Team.

Her passion and enthusiasm for sport in general has led her into the world of private practice. Krystal enjoys working with people & focusing on their specific needs and aspirations, be it on the sporting field or in day-to-day life.

Krystal is a dual Olympian in Sailing in 2008 & 2012 & won the Open Womens Worlds in 2004. Krystal enjoys every sport on water be it kite surfing, wakeboarding, windsurfing & sailing. On land she loves running, cycling & field hockey.
