Krystal to compete at the 2015 Laser Radial Womens Worlds in Oman

“I am really excited to jump back into the boat after having 10months off sailing the Laser, I am keen to help qualify Australia for an Olympic Spot for Rio”

Over the past 10months Krystal has been busy working as a physiotherapist at mhealth in Mentone & Myphysio at GESAC.  Krystal has also been working with VIS to develop the Strength & Conditioning program for a group of identified talented Laser Sailors (run out of Royal Brighton Yacht Club Gym).

Coaching wise Krystal has been head coach for the Victorian Open Bic Class working with Anna Philip (Past Youth Worlds Champ 2014) in a lead up to their world championship at Safety Beach in January.  At Sandringham Yacht Club Krystal has been helping the  junior sailing program in Victoria by coaching a group of Laser 4.7 girl to help transition them into the Victorian Laser Association Racing calander.
