Latest News from Australian Training Block

Over the past couple of weeks I have been back in Melbourne after a week of training in Sydney with the Full Rig Australian Sailing Squad boys. We had a great week of training with Michael Blackburn.
Since then I have been back in the Gym with trainer Sarah Pocket Rocket and onwater with the VIS training squad run by Johnny Rodgers with specialist coaching from Sarah Blanck. I will be heading back overseas for the next ISAF cup in Palma, this coming Friday.
