Day Three Test Event
Day Three of the Test Event, 25knots out on the south course. Finished with a 2nd and 6th http://www.australiansailingteam.com.au/?Page=54894
Today was windy out on the south course, we had more wind and waves then any other day so far. In the first race I was leading for the whole race, with a really tight battle with Marit. I was able to hold her off for three laps of the course, she just got passed me on the last run into the finish which was disappointing but also great for confidence for racing in the future.
The second race was another tight battle between the first five boats, I lost a few places on the downwind runs, I am working hard with Laura my coach to tighten up my downwind speed for the rest of the regatta.
Day Off tomorrow bit of time to rest the legs before getting back into it.
